Day 131: Christmas dinner at the Wong household where it’s safe to say that we stick mostly to Eastern tradition. Clockwise, from middle left – eggplant and peppers stuffed with seafood paste, steamed whole chicken, orange pork spare ribs, Chinese broccoli with Chinese bacon, abalone in brown sauce on bed of lettuce.
